At Link Nova, we understand that business needs can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your subscription to our AI voice automation services.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund
  • After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available after the 30-day period
  • You retain access to all features until the annual subscription expires

Enterprise Plans

  • Custom enterprise agreements may have specific cancellation terms
  • Please refer to your signed agreement or contact our enterprise team
  • 30-day written notice is typically required for enterprise cancellations

Data and Service Access After Cancellation

Immediate Effects

  • Voice agent services will be disabled at the end of your billing period
  • Incoming calls will no longer be processed by Link Nova
  • Real-time analytics and reporting will be suspended

Data Retention

  • Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • Analytics data and reports are available for download for 30 days
  • Account configuration settings are preserved for 30 days for easy reactivation
  • After retention periods, all data is permanently deleted from our systems

Account Reactivation

Within 30 days: Your account can be easily reactivated with all previous settings and configurations intact.

After 30 days: A new account setup will be required, including reconfiguration of voice agents and integrations.

Billing: Reactivation requires payment of the current subscription fee and billing cycle begins immediately.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund regardless of your subscription type.

Service Changes

If we make significant changes to our service that materially affect your usage, you will have 30 days to cancel with a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
